Meet Rafael Trinidad, MBA

MY STORY:
I have spent over 12 years in management, compliance, and operations. I started as a bank teller and worked my way up to Branch Manager, overseeing multiple locations and teams of up to 15 employees. I have hired people. I have fired people. I have dealt with complaints, audits, and everything in between.

Along the way, I made a strategic decision. I stepped down from banking to work in warehouse operations at Amazon and UNFI. Why? Two reasons. First, Amazon paid for my MBA through their Career Choice program. Second, I wanted to understand how frontline workers experience the workplace from the ground up.

That decision gave me something most HR consultants do not have: a floor-to-ceiling perspective. I understand the paperwork in the office AND the reality on the warehouse floor or job site.

I graduated with my MBA in December 2024 with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. And I am ready to help small business owners like you stay compliant, avoid fines, and build better teams.

WHY I STARTED THIS BUSINESS:
I saw too many small business owners stressed out about HR. They are amazing at what they do, whether that is roofing, landscaping, or running a restaurant. But they are buried in paperwork, worried about audits, and struggling to communicate with their Spanish-speaking employees.

Big HR firms charge 150−300 per hour. Most small businesses cannot afford that. I wanted to offer the same quality service at a price that makes sense for the people who need it most.

  • I have actually managed employees (not just read about it in a textbook)
  • I speak Spanish fluently (your crew can talk to me directly)
  • I understand blue-collar work (I have worked on the floor, not just in an office)
